Shore power not charging LiPo lithium battery

I’m hooked up to shore power but my LiPo lithium batteries not g tying charged. What could be the issue? My batteries are getting charge from Solar during day time registering 13.1 volts

When you installed your Lithium batteries did you upgrade your Converter to a
"Lithium Ready" Converter like this one from Progressive Dynamics?

The OEM Converter is simply not designed to charge the Lithium batteries properly, it takes a Lithium Ready Converter to get the proper voltages for Lithium batteries.

I’d bet he didn’t change out the WFCO.
Unfortunately most folks take the marketing phrase “drop in replacement” literally.

13.1 volts is not high enough. You need to set your solar to the lithium battery setting, and get a lithium converter as well.

Thank you David and Peggy for your reply. My dealer did the install and they did not replace the OEM Converter. I think I have been a victim of poor execution by my dealer. I gave them direction to do solar and lithium and left of the means to them because I have zero knowledge. Now for the important $2000 question - my brand new LiPO Go Power Lith batteries have now been drained and brought back to life 3 times because of the lack of shore power and failure of solar (which I fixed myself, another story) - have I done damage to the $2000 batteries?

I meant the batteries. Some such as Battle born should not be hurt by draining them, as they shut down to protect themselves. BUT, not all brands do this.
