    310gk weight limit

My concerns about the 310gk were about the capacity of the RV itself. Rated at 15,000 lbs but on 2 - 7,000 lb axles?..
Now I'm wondering if I c should have opted for the 8K axles. . .
I know some of that weight is shared with the hitch, but adding the optional outdoor kitchen, a washer-dryer, a couple extra 12V batteries, a generator, 50+ gallons of water and 100 lbs of tools just for starters, should I be worried? The dry weight was listed at 12,100, leaving me with just 2900 to use,

and I'm usually not a light packer.
At this rate, I'll have no room in that beautiful galley for food and drink or pots and pans to cook it in.

Seriously, my unit is going to be ready in 9 days.... I can't wait.

Actually, the Solitude 310GK is one of the few Solitude models that has axles that are almost rated to the GVWR of the trailer (14,000 vs 15,000). Grand Design also uses 7,000lb axles on their Solitude models with 16,800 GVWR. By comparison, the 310GK axles are "over rated". Seriously though, if you load the RV to max GVWR, you will have just under 12,000lbs on the axles. You're fine. Would 8,000lb axles be better? Sure! Bigger is always better :-)

Even with a pullrite superglide at 3600 lbs should be ok being prudent with loading.
Kretzer, the 16K Superglide weights 150#, AUH 40#. If your that tight on weight then go with the AUH. I have the Superglide tradition 4400 hitch with the standard rails adaptor (had the rails in for another hitch before the Superglide), together they weigh 271#. I am very tight on my weight and plan on either the AUH or the Pullrite Ultralight to lessen the load. Safe travels and congrats on your new toys.
