We bought it for the cubby holes!

Not truly but we love those cubby holes by the headboard.

We spent 6 months looking for the right RV. The used market for quality units dried up or the price margin with new units narrowed so we went with a new unit. The Grand Design always stuck out on YouTube videos so we pulled the trigger.

Pulling her with a Nissan Titan with a 5.6 gas engine.

I retire this December and we plan on traveling wherever the front bumper goes. Do that for a year and see where we stand. Maybe another year or just settle down somewhere.

We are just north of Houston in the The Woodlands TX.

Hope to meet many on the ride cross country.

First outing was to Freeport TX to Bluewater RV for a weekend with my Marine son. Did some fishing and relaxing.
