Dealer Install - Yea or Nay?

I let the dealer install a second panel, put in 4 lithium batteries and install a victron Bms 712. They put in a mismatched panel, did not inform me I needed a different converter, my Bms 712 has never worked right and now the factory Jaboni Contoller does not work.

I go to discount solar in Q next week to have it fixed at a cost of around 4k. I think that is what the factory and dealer changed me for the junk I have in there now (minus the batteries).

If you want it done right go to the experts. If your dealer is not a solar installer expert in your area, I would pass.

Thanks for the reply. That was my fear. The challenge is that I haven't found any installers in my area. So, may need to travel.
