What I would really like to do is just disconnect the built in converter from the power center and wire in a stand alone PD lithium converter but next choice would be to replace the 8735 with either the WFCO lithium version (WF 8735 Lis) or the PD4135KW2BV.

So, has anyone actually done this upgrade yet?

    TIA

    I replaced with a PD4135KW2BV.

I'm hoping for your review and maybe some comments about the installation? Was it plug and play? Everything fit in the same spots?

I replaced my lead acid battery with a 100ah lifepo4 on my 2022 Imagine XLS 17MKE and installed a PD-4135 (the WFCO WF-8735 Lis is widely unavailable). I had to do extensive research with e-trailer as a primary resource. The 12v circuits are not a direct match but I have added a photo of the final result. Hope this helps.

Thanks for getting back on this. I ended up selling that trailer before I got around to upgrading the converter. I replaced it with a 2022 22MLE and installed 800 watts of solar, 412 ah Lithium, and resolved the converter issue by going with a VE Multiplus 3000.
