i put these tires on mine - for the same reason - could not get the endurance (and the discount tire store near me could not either). Too early to say how they will last but they looked okay and have good specs. My tires had a 'made in Korea' stamp on them - but I think that varies based on the tire size probably. (I got 225/75R15 ).
I had Hankooks on my F150 too and they were fine.
