2021 3950BH more dining space ideas

We just upgraded to the Solitude-S Class 3950BH. We like the layout to accommodate my wife and I, 2 kids and her 77 year old parents for a long cross country trip.

Not much of a dining/living room in this model and we opted for the super sofa versus the theater seating/dinette option. The super sofa does have 2 slide in tables for eating but not enough room for everyone to eat at.

Has anyone put a folding table in this or similar model to help with eating space?

What other options/mods has anyone done to create more eating or lounging space?

One option could be to add 2 bar type chairs and let 2 people eat at the island? That way everyone eats in the same room.. If your chairs store via one on top of the other using a strap, you could set the chairs where the space is remaining and strap them for travel..
