Have new tow Vehicle

Just bought a new to me TV

Old TV was 2019 GMC serria 2500 HD Double Cab 6.5 Bed gas hitch is B & W sliding 18K Conventional rail system

New TV is 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Crew Cab 6.5 Bed Diesel. Puck system

Looking to take old hitch and put in new to me truck. Having hard time finding adapter. Or do i go with a new hitch. I only used the hitch twice. Pulling fiver from dealer to seasonal site then pulling to my home.

We ended up getting new hitch to match the puck system
