    Welcome bowtiejc,
    Quite a classic TV you have there.
    I'm not familiar with it or that toy hauler, but someone may chime in soon.

    I don't know what your door sticker says, but I wouldn't think you'd have any trouble with the Momentum 25G with that truck if the truck is in decent shape.

    My y2k truck does not have a tow sticker, per se. Not like the newer trucks that include payload. I had to deduce my payload using various sources...

    thanks for the reply so far. the truck is in great shape. has 101k miles on it. i pull a 25 foot triton boat with it and it does very well. i know the GD 25G will be probably double the weight .

    The lol meant I was not very serious...

    But without knowing the particulars of either vehicle I can still say this;
    A 25 year old 'dually' will not have the payload of newer one and 25 year old springs do sag, so there are 2 deratings to consider at least.

    On my old truck, I noticed spring sag and decided to add air bags rather than get new and/or upgraded springs. Smoother ride unloaded and level when I need it.

    Very true! My BIL has a 2011 or 2012 Ram 3500 dually long bed with the Cummins engine. I don't recall what his payload was but it was much lower than I expected when I looked at the door sticker.

    I'm NOT suggesting the OP's 1996 truck won't have enough payload for a Momentum 25G. It should be plenty for that model. I'm just saying some payload ratings from ten plus years ago are much lower than current models.
