Testing the Reflection 337's 0 Degree Rating

So, the weather says it's actually going to hit 2 degrees F this Monday in Texas. That's really a fluke, and I've been fine without skirting the rig so far. I'd hesitate to skirt it for just one day of that, as I plan to do some weekend travelling here anyway. My plan is to not skirt the rig and keep the fireplace off. That way I'll heat with the furnace only so as to keep the water lines heated.

Is this a bad plan, or do you think the water lines will survive it?

Not sure where your thermostat is, but if not close to the fireplace, I'd leave the fireplace on. When we lived in our 399, we had temps down in single digits and I would run furnace, 2 electric heaters, and fireplace; just make sure the temperatures are offset to ensure the furnace runs. Although i also had a temp monitor in the underbelly with an alarm set at 40F to be on the safe side.
