    TMPS booster wiring.

I just received the TireTraker TMPS system and it comes with a booster. In the instructions
they mention a good spot to mount the booster, is in the bedroom of our 5th wheel.
Where do I find a couple of 12v wires to hook it up in our bedroom?
I guess also, where would I pickup a couple of 12v wires in the living room
to hook up a 12v plug .I was surprised there is no 12v plugs anywhere in our
    reflection 5th wheel.

If it was me I'd try to get to the wiring for one of your front marker lights. That way the booster comes on when you turns your lights on for traveling.

Getting ready to install and I like this idea. Anyone know if the marker light wiring goes near the pass through or front storage on a 2017 307MKS and where would be a good place to start looking?

The booster relay works well in the front storage hooked directly to a battery with an on/off swith.

I did a little more looking today. Feel a little silly that the answer is so easy. There is a marker lamp out in the open reasonably close to the pass through storage on the sewer side.

I question how much power a repeater would need, but the one that comes with the Lippert TireLinc 2.0 calls for a 15 amp fuse!

    TMPS booster wiring.

Got the repeater installed powered from the marker light circuit. Thanks to ckreef for the idea. Now I don't have to remember to turn it on/off.

As you can see in my previous post, the wires running to the marker light are green and white. Turns out they are conveniently routed through the front compartment (see pic).

I have not had it out on the road yet, but was able to pair up to the app and read the tire pressures and temperatures.

    TMPS booster wiring.

I would just put it in your front storage and hook it right to the battery

I put mine right in the battery box on the front of the trailer

I did the same and put an "on/off" switch in the wiring hooked to the outside of the battery box. The booster works well from the back wall of the front compartment. It takes very little wiring and i's out of sight. The only issue is that I sometimes forget to turn on the switch before leaving on a trip.

I just mounted and connected mine in the generator compartment. It’s halfway between the display in the truck and the sensors on the trailer tires. The booster came with clamps and I connect those to the house batteries. That way all I have to do when I don’t need the booster, ie parked , I just unhook it.

I mounted the TPMS signal booster in the front pass-thru storage compartment and connected to 12V DC power at the universal docking station:
