We ordered our first trailer today.

After researching for months we ordered a Reflection 315RLTS today. It will have the new 16 Cu. Ft. fridge and inverter. We think this will be a great start into RVing for us.

Being that we have 2 dogs and will have some family come with us sometimes we opted for a larger trailer. Also we can keep the truck bed for bikes. Probably going with a Retrax cover that has slots for a rail system to mount bikes. We went back and forth on doing a fifth wheel.

We looked at Grand Design first and then Cougar and Eagle HT. Researched Forest River products as well. We just ended up liking the Grand Design product better.

I guess we are looking at a April/May timeframe for our order. We got the truck 2 weeks ago which is a F250 6.7 Tremor. The Tremor package comes with the high capacity tow package which gets you the F350 Dana axle and springs. This has a CC of 2797 lbs and GVWR of 10,800 where as the non HCTP units generally have CC of ~2100lbs and 10,000 GVWR.

Anyways looking forward to new adventures.
