Hello,

My dealer raised my awning in order to keep it off the slide when extended. They raised it too high and it won't drain water down like it used to unpitched. The awning lights are also now wavy kind of, they're not straight across like they used to be. The other issue is the awning is candycaning when rolled in. Not a massive amount, but it's definitely not right.

I don't really want to drag it back to the dealer for 3 months so they can fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix these things up on my own?
