    2021 260rd 150 series 5th wheel

Thanks for accepting us to the forum. Just bought the rig last month and can not say enough about it. Just love it. Previously we owned a 2009 24rl Heartland north trail 5th wheel. My tow vehicle is a 2016 Z71 ext. cab 5.3 silverado. Towing is no problem although I did put on super springs as I have my last 3 trucks. I highly recommend them. We are from Maine and do most of our camping in Maine.

I feel very safe towing the 260rd. As far as towing up hills it does fine mind you I don't Climb any mountains. I think it tows better than my previous 5th wheel which was a 1000 pounds less. Most of the time I can't tell it's back there. It really is a smooth towing camper. We love the 260rd very much.

Keep an ear out for clicking noises from the slide out...ours needed warranty work as it came out of adjustment over time. This could be true for any slide of this type.
For this model, the slide not working can be a fatal flaw as bathroom and bedroom access could be blocked.
