AUH on Chevy/GM -where do you hook safety chains?

Hi all,
First tow yesterday and an issue my brother mentioned but I forgot about.
The AUH 3217 sitting on a Chevy/GM factory 5th wheel hitch prep, it just covers the 4 safety chain mount points. I have this awesome set of B&H puck and ball system that I probably can’t use.
Obviously I could buy another gooseneck ball with integrated eyelets for the chains, and be stuck with a brand new $300 ball and chain set...
Or - has anyone else solved his problem?
If not using an integrated gooseneck ball with chain eyelets, where/how do you mount the chain hooks if the AUH is covering the normal mount points?

Looking through the Anderson manual, just answered my own question!
