Good afternoon all we are brand new solitude owners for the 2016 ST379FL just getting it set up for the first time, we’re full timers. I’ve got my Roku and my DIRECTV hooked up but I cannot get the TV to play through the Jensen JWM6A system, Anybody have any ideas on what I can look at first?

The systems don't come set up for the TV to play audio through the Jensen system. Folks have done some rewiring to feed the TV audio back into an auxiliary input on the Jensen to accomplish this. A number of us have ditched the factory audio system altogether and installed sound bars with subwoofers, separate DVD/Blu-ray players, etc.

BTW - welcome to the family! Now you can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you ask a question. You can create a signature by going to:

I doubt any connections were made from the TV to the Jenson head unit for TV audio. Looking at the Jensen manual there are RCA inputs on the back of the Jensen unit. You could also use the 3.5 mm aux jack on the front of the unit. You'll have to see what kind of outputs the TV has to determine what will work best.

They connect the Jensen to the TV to play DVDs but don't do any connections to get TV sound through the Jensen head unit.

For my system the TV speakers sound better than the w Jensen system so I don't want TV sound going through the Jensen receiver.
