TPMS only works if you use it.
Well, I got lazy. It snowed the other day and a friend and I were in a hurry to go snowmobiling. I had bought extra TPMS sensors and put them on my snowmobile trailer. I was in a hurry and too lazy to get out and turn on the TPMS monitor. It resides in the center console so how lazy does that make me?
I got a flat tire on the trailer. Got to think that had I used the TPMS I would have noticed it loosing air. Instead I changed the tire on the side of the road in the snow. Now I have to go buy a new tire and rim.
Hopefully next time I won’t be so lazy.

Lessons learned the hard way tend to stick with us. Glad it was only a wheel that got messed up.
