Slide bracket screws

Greetings
Just had this issue come up and I am not sure what to do. I noticed that when the single slide on or Imagine 2500RL is fully extended, the side bracket at the top is pulled out about a half of an inch. This is the bracket next to the actual slide room. In pulling out, about four screws have popped out from the top of the frame. I unscrewed one of the existing screws, and they are very short, less that one half inch long. I tried a couple of slightly longer screws to try to secure the bracket, but could not find any way for the screws to attach to anything. I hope this makes sense and was wondering if any other GDers have encountered this, and what needs to be done to secure this bracket

Maybe a picture would help. You might have to use larger (not longer) screws along with glue.
