Furrion fireplace heater fan noise

We have a 2019 Imagine 2970RL. The Furrion fireplace heater fan has started making noise when using the heater function. It is definitely the heater fan and gets so loud we can't use it. Any ideas on the issue? Can the fan be lubricated?.

My guess is if you can get to the fan you might be able to lubricate it with a light machine oil and that might buy you some time, but you will likely be lubricating again down the road. Or call Furrion and see if you can buy just the fan. Furrion will probably want to sell you a new unit.

We have a 2018 2970 RL and really like the fireplace. At first I wrote it off as something trivial, but it really takes the chill off on a cool morning or cool evening.
