    One Control iPhone App

    Help! I’m embarrassed to say somehow I managed to input a 4 digit code when I set the app up on phone the 1st time, but completely forgot what it is. So now I can not use the app on my phone. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall but that doesn’t work. Anyone have a clue how to reset the app on my phone?

    You may have to start a whole new account (not an app reinstall).

    You will have to use a computer and log in to One Control online (mobile web browser not supported). In your device settings you can change your pin. You do not need to create a new account. You may need to unlink and then re- link the unit.
