    Rear stabilizers too low...

These rear stabilizers are fully contracted; difficult to keep them from scrapping things. If they're the correct stabilizers for my unit perhaps they shouldn't be.

    What do you think?

Is your trailer level & not nose high?
I was able to move mine up 1 bolt hole to raise them about an inch. But mine weren't that low.

    That's perfectly level.

Have you drug them yet? Pretty close to the tires, so they shouldn't have much of a chance to scrape.

Ok...check to see if you can move them up a hole. If you don't take it off road you shouldn't have a problem though.

They probably mount them fairly low to maximize their levelling ability. Probably be wise to bring blocks to put under them if you raise them up?

Ours are roughly 6 1/2 inches up when fully retracted.

I saw on the internet somewhere about taking a string from under the rear tire to the bottom at the back of the unit. The jack should be above the string. I check mine an they were above the string. I have no idea if that is a correct way, you know the internet.

Ha. Just got off the phone with GD and they recommended exactly this method to find the correct stabilizer height.
