2020/2021 XLS 21BHE Murphy Bed Frame Help

Finally found a 21BHE close by. It’s a few hundred miles away so the owner has been sending me pictures before I drive there this weekend to check it out in person and hopefully lock up the deal. In one of the pictures I noticed a piece of the bed frame is detached. The owner claims it is just a piece of wood trim that needs to be glued back on. I thought it was metal framed..... anyone have any insight? Should I be concerned about that???

Mind you I have no idea why he didn’t tack it back into place before he took the picture. ?????

And the bed base is wood. Not metal

Everything I’ve seen only shows a latch on the right side

Yes. I just looked at a stock photo and none on that side

About 26 mins in on this video the guy says the bed is laminated and aluminum framed. Guess that means the inside framing. I was under the impression the outside frame was aluminum as well.
