Two GC2 6V batteries in a single dual battery box for Imagine 22RBE

Does anyone know if two GC2 6V batteries in a single duel battery box will fit the battery rail on the 22RBE?


The battery box measures 21.5" (L) x 7.4" (W) x 11.2" (H).

Should be no problem. I got one of these for a friend worked fine, but it is a tight fit.

Well assuming the rails are the same on both the RBE and the MLE, the short distance is 23 1/2" (allowing for cabling) and the width is 7 1/2". Height is fine.

So yes, it will be a tight fit width wise as stated above.

I have 2 GC batteries in single cases on the tongue. They were a tight fit width-wise but I got them in there. Hey Lippert, another 1/4" in width would be great!
