Reflection 28BH 2021 Master Bedroom TV

Hi all! We will be picking up our fifth wheel (Reflection 28BH 2021 model) soon and are trying to plan for a TV to go in the master bedroom. Does anyone know the dimensions of the TV prep area that is to the right of the door as you walk into the bedroom? I can't find that anywhere online, unfortunately. Also, has anyone had any luck converting that outlet to 12 volt?

The TV prep area indicated by the wall sticker has a thin metal plate on the other side of the wall board. Using a magnet, you can find the outline of the plate so you can install your TV mount where you want inside of that perimiter found. I used some painters tape to outline mine. Not sure why you would want to convert a 120 volt ac outlet to a 12 volt dc outlet?
