    No water

I'm trying to dry camp, but I can't get the system to pump all the way up. I've triple checked the Nautilus system, with the green down, and the blue sideways. Most of our camping is done with a water hookup, but we had water then. Am I forgetting something?

"Pump all the way up"? Are you saying the pump won't pressurize the system?

Definitely need a little more specifics, is the pump running? If it is running, maybe its sucking in air. 2 most common places would be the strainer cap that is directly on the inlet of the pump or the city water hookup check valve (you can push this in with your finger gently and it should reseat).

    Hi Luke,

Double check the Nautilus. Same exact thing happened to me last year and I had it accidentally setup to winterize.

If it is indeed setup correct at the Nautilus, maybe a bad pump or the tank is empty?

My bad. What I thought was a water heater drain turned out to be a line drain of some sort. It's now closed, and things can actually pump up.

Sorry for the lack of info, as I was frustrated at the time. It's a Grand Design Momentum 31g

Glad you were able to get it sorted out. And no problems with your earlier post, quite a few of our members find this forum to be a good place to vent.
