    310GK Speakers?

Perhaps this is discussed elsewhere but couldn’t find this specifically.

I find two speakers under the cabinet above the TV and two outside. I’m not even sure the TV is coming from the speakers. We have the Jensen stereo.

Am I missing something? I find it incredulous that there are only two interior speakers!

Only the Jensen unit will play through the stock speakers unless you do some rewiring and modification. The TV only plays through it's internal speakers the way things come from the factory. You can go one of two ways: 1) take an analog audio output from the TV and feed it into the auxiliary input on the back of the Jensen unit, or 2) bypass the Jensen POS altogether and install a sound bar with sub-woofer fed with the optical digital output from the TV. Option 2 will give you the best sound and from all sources (which is what we've done). The "hidden" compartment above the fireplace makes a perfect place to mount the sound bar.

a hidden compartment above the fireplace? lol We've had our 310 for over 3 years and I had no idea that was there!

    Thanks.

(I currently have our soundbar between the top of the TV and the bracket mount.)

Seriously though! Two speakers?!?! On our previous mid level Keystone, there were 6 interior speakers —living, kitchen, and bedroom. Then there were two outside.

It's a Polk Audio MiFi. The sub is behind the theater seats in the other slide. Most all the sound bars are pretty much the same size and the compartment is wider than the opening. I have a Bluetooth transmitter to the right of the sound bar, too. I removed the compartment door (it's hard to open until you get the knack of it) and used part of it to make the "mantle piece" across the top of the opening.

any "knack" hints on opening the door to the hidden compartment?

This is something I'm definitely going to replicate for our camper as the soundbar perched on top of TV is not ideal!
