I would suggest you check with the manufacturer of the axles (if you don't have the original parts list with S.N.s like I do, there should be a sticker on the axles) because the axles usually have a longer warranty than most things on the rig. Don't tell them that the repair shop said that they are bent. A bent axle is not covered by the warranty and based on my experience over the last 40 years with repair shops, they came to that conclusion because they couldn't find the real problem. Unless they are an axle and frame specialist shop, they likely don't have a way to absolutely determine that the spindles are actually bent. Besides, the force it takes to bend the spindle is tremendous.
I have a 2016 Momentum 376TH (triple axle - 20,000 lb) that badly wore two front tires in under 10,000 miles. Last summer (2020) I called Lippert and after I took some alignment measurements that they asked for and took some pictures, I sent a detailed email with that information and they sent me a new 7000 lb axle free of charge. Took a couple of hours to change it out, but I do have a huge shop with concrete floor where I store and work on my rig. I also have a couple of car wheel dollies that I bought at harbor freight that I used to move the axles out and back under the rig. Took my time so I could make sure I had a good water/corrosion resistant connection for the trailer brakes. Took longer to repack the wheel bearings on the other 2 axles and adjust the brakes on all 3 axles. Worst case, if you don't want to do it yourself, you have to pay someone to install.
Of course, if you want to do upgrades, the OEM won't help with that under the warranty.

With 3500# axles and a 7500# GVWR the tongue weight is the only thing keeping the axles from being overloaded. At roughly 5800-5900#'s dry and adding 1000#'s you're really close to the axles max rating. It's a big mess up on GD's part. I see the newer 18"s and up have 4400# axles. Much smarter.
I would certainly look for 4400# axles.

We have a 2018 2800BH also that have the 3500# axles and springs and for the 2019 models they went to the 4400# springs and axles. You need to look at your axles and see if they are the lippert 3inch tube or the Dexter 2 and 3/8 inch tube. If you have the 3 inch tube, Lippert, the axles will be okay. Just need to update the springs to the 2200# springs. Our springs went flat on us but Granddesign sent us the 2200# springs to replace the 1750# springs the trailer came with. If you have the 3 inch tubes I'm sure your spindles are fine. Go with the MorRyde equilizers with the wet bolts and with the new springs you will really like the ride and how it tows. If your axles are Dexter, give them a call. I have heard they are good about taking care of the axle problem. I did all the work myself so it's not hard to do and you can save some money!

I have a 2018 2400bh and just had the axels replaced by the dealer paid for by dexter axels. Noticed tire wear with less then 10000 miles. Asked dealer and he noticed right away the problem was incorrect axel. They installed new 3" axels at no charge. A noticeable difference pulling.

We had a Yukon XL to pull this same trailer. Very hard time with sway and purchased a Pro Pride hitch. It helped a lot, but I found if I pulled the fuse for the air suspension it stopped fighting the weight distribution set up. We've since went to 3/4 ton.
