Rockford upgrade

We just purchased a new GD 397th. I have a few questions, and comments not necessarily good. Where do I post these to get some answers.?

You can comment in the first general section near the top of the forum. Suggestions on the product to GD won't go far because they do not participate here. That you have to go the GDs website and find a point of email contact or call their CS phone #.
But we have plenty of people who will offer suggestions on fixing non major problems yourself...dealers are so backed up this may be your best option to still use the trailer.
