Portable Solar Connections

[It's about time]

I have a 2021 303RLS which came with plug-in wires in the front compartment for portable solar panels to charge the batteries. I'd sure appreciate it if someone could take the time to explain this system to me in regards to how it charges the batteries, how it regulates the charge and keeps from over charging the batteries, along with anything else I should know about it. Thanks!
