Yes, I replaced it myself. Grand Design filed the warranty claim with Furrion and Furrion sent it to me. The mobile tech I had contacted about it was a no call, no show, so I replaced it myself.

Yes, they did. They will require pictures of the old one, showing it was destroyed.

i took the black covers apart on the burners and the two Philips head screws on each burner was loose. Tightened them up and we're off to the races.
