Fireplace Blows Cold
The electric fireplace heater in my 2022 Momentum 399TH has begun to blow cold.
its about 17 degrees here and the problem started yesterday wherein i just turned it off then back on a couple times.
today its blowing completely cold.
Its still under warranty and i'll likely call Grand Design here soon after i try some problem solving.
Just wondering if anyone ran into this problem and what the result was. Weve been full timing for 5 months and this is the first time its been this cold.
thanks!

If you can reach the plug...try unplugging it for 30 sec and plug is back in.

If a reset doesn't do it, it's either a control board failure or a burned out heating element. Either way, GD will have to warranty out the entire unit. All these electric fireplaces seem to be made in Africa or the Middle East these days and have zero in terms of a parts or support network. They're considered a disposable commodity.
