We have this one, but don't really like it because of the odd shape. We do like the fact that it does save on water when we're boondocking.
All Oxygenics shower heads have the same design as far as infusing air to help save water. We are boondockers and have the one from the link and love it.

I picked up one at Lowe's last week and they were on sale. Add the mil discount, it was a no brainier.

We have the Oxygenetic with 5 settings. There is 1 setting that you definitely hear the air mix. It is the 2 inside
spray nozzles that look similar to the single Oxygenetics. I also ordered a Kes shutoff for mine. Works great.

I hope I'm not chiming in too late, but we got this one and love it! https://www.highsierrashowerheads.com/shop/marine-rv We even have the same basic style in both bathrooms at home. Unlike other water-conserving showerheads we've used, this one gives the impression you're getting drenched in a thunderstorm. I actually didn't believe the low flow rate specified, so I tested it, and it was indeed conserving water as promised. Must be magic.

One more vote for Oxygenics. Had one in all three RVs and have been very pleased.

Unless I missed something, my 268BH has metal water fixtures. Quite a step up from the plastic Keystone I traded.
I havn't found a single thing inside that I'm compelled to change other than the wine rack that I don't need.

That's the one I installed. Just wish I had done it sooner. Used the old wall mount but now will install the Oxygenics mount. Old one is not adjustable and moves the water too far, need to cut volume so it hits me.

If you asking if the Oxygenics Fury does this, the answer is yes but only on one of the 5 settings. The fury has 5 different settings one being the water saver mode like the original Oxygenics.

Add a thermostatic mixing faucet - it makes the water the exact right temperature through your entire shower and you can change the volume without affecting the temperature. If someone runs the kitchen sink or turns on a hose - you can't tell!! It also lets you set your volume to low, and with that shower head it's still a very nice experience. I can shower 30 minutes or more with this combination and we just have a little 6 gallon water heater. Even when the temperatures outside were in the teens, I didn't run out of hot water! LOVE LOVE LOVE this mod!!
Really nice upgrade!!! What did you use to cut the hole in the show stall wall material. I know that it's thin and delicate.

Also, what problems do the offset fittings cause?
