Hi Bubbajim! I have been staying in the Rio Grande Valley in Mission Tx. the past 3 winters from early Jan to Mid Feb. and then start moving around a little more. We stayed to the end of March this year because of Covid and did not move. There are very few nights below 40 and most nights stay near the low 50's. The highs are usually in the 70 to80 range on average. This winter was an extreme and rare issue. I'll suggest you check out Seven Oaks RV Resort in Mission. It is a 55 only park. We have made many friends there and everyone is friendly. It is smaller than some parks in the area but still has all the amenities. This makes it more like a neighbor. You can do as much as you want or as little as you want. You can PM me if you want anymore info. Most of the Winter Texans start heading home after the first of April or after Easter because it does start heating up after that.
