    Northern New Mexico favorite campgrounds?

Our first outing went well, looking to go from Wichita to northern New Mexico next....any suggestions for a nice camp with (at least) water/electric.

    Thanks all.

There are a few. I'm assuming you want to be near Navajo Dam? https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/273822

The 4K River Ranch in Red River, NM was nice when we went in the summer. No space is very far from the little creek that runs through there, with some spaces right on the river. There’s also a fishing pond there. They seemed friendly and organized. The laundry room was clean, didn’t use their shower facilities. The town of Red River is just a couple miles down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Riana COE park outside of Abiquiu, NM in 2019. Great place, quiet and scenic. They have both boondocking sites and sites with water and electricity.

New Mexico has a good state park system. Many parks have camping with power, water and dump station as well as some dry camping.

Moonshadow, lol.....never assume anything with me being new, i didn't even know there was a dam.
I just know that wife and i have B & B'd in Taos while traveling on our Goldwing a few years ago before venturing up into CO, and thought that a new adventure in the 5'r would be awesome also.
    Thanks for the info.
