    2970rl sofa bed leg question

New owner of a 2019 2970rl. When we extend the sofa to a bed the legs don't sit on the floor evenly. The entire 'FOOT' of the.bed seems to slant downward. Is this normal?

I think it is normal for that section of the bed to not be level. Too high or too low, but Ive seen more discussion about them being high, like mine was.
Take out the 1/4-20 bolts and slide the lower hoops/legs out of the brackets. There are multiple holes drilled in them (for flat floor or mounted in a slide), try a different set of holes for the bolts. I had to drill a new set between existing holes as one was high and one was low.

That's something they must have fixed in the new 2970RL because ours folds out flat. I had read and seen videos about people having issues with it sitting level before we bought ours.

I got it fixed last night. I removed the nuts and bolts on the two legs, and sure enough they extended out about 2 more inches and had more holes already drilled there. Put everything back together and it sits perfectly flat on the floor now.

    thanks to all who responded!
