Quick connect hose fittings

We just purchased our 2021 Imagine 2500RL and love it. We've taken it out on 3 shakedown trips and only have a few issues. One of them is that there seems to be 2 different size exterior quick connects used on our TT. The coiled hose that came with our camper only fits the curbside cold water only quick connect. The female quick connect for the exterior shower is smaller in diameter, so the coiled hose can't connect.

Anyone else have this same problem?

My coiled hose fits either side, on the control panel side and on the connection next to the stairs on the curb side. Both are cold water..i would have to revisit my panel side. I dont have a shower connection i dont believe...

Post some pictures for us to help you from.

It's not impossible that the line was in mid-swap of suppliers and you got one of each with the last year's supply issues. Could be your dealer found a lead when doing their PDI and made a swap out not realizing the incompatibility.

I'll get a pic this afternoon and post it. I have my doubts that a PDI was done before it left the manufacturing plant and I know that the entire water system was never tested when our dealers' tech did our PDI!

We picked up our new 2600 RB just yesterday. I didn’t think about it during the PDI but now realize we didn’t get the blue coiled quick connect hose. I saw in another thread that GD maybe quit shipping those with new units. Anyone else not get one with their new unit? We got the sewer hose, dog bone electrical adapter, and of course the stabilizer jack crank but no hose.

Quick update. I think I was able to answer my own question. My guess is no, they are no longer shipping the hose, at least on the 2600RB. On my 2021 they have eliminated the port that used to be by the entry steps. Build date was 11/2020.
