Pull out metal shelves under the sink.

To add more shelf storage, I added a two level, metal sliding shelf under the sink. I removed the block under the sink to see how much work it was going to be to remove the bottom flimsy base to see how much work it's going to be to put a couple of 2x4s underneath to give it more stability. I looked and there is a 3/8" piece of plywood underneath. Nice! So, it took me less than 30 minutes to get it mounted. Works great! Need more storage! Yeah, there seems to be a lot of space that can be subdivided.

Have at it! That's why I included the link!

From your description of the installation and sounds like you did not need to reinforce the bottom of the cabinet after all. Is that correct?

This looks like a great mod! We have a 345GK, and I just measured the depth of our under-sink cabinet, and it's 19.5". This item measures 21". I presume that your cabinet is a bit deeper than the cabinet on our unit? So I'm looking for similar items with slightly shorter depth (width and height are fine). Does your under-sink cabinet have a full 22" interior depth?

    Thanks,
    Correct, no reinforcement at all.

    Correct. It's 22" deep... Barely!
