    Front awning won’t fully seat

Front awning won’t fully seat at base on one leg when retracted. Anyone know a way to adjust?

Something looks bent to me. The sidewall gap is concerning.

That was just a reflection. That bar is flush with the RV.

Mine is somewhat "off" also, but nearer to the top than the base. To make it fully retract, as my wife pushes the button on the inside, I apply a little pressure on the arm and ours will fully retract. Be careful...a lot of pinch points.

Something somewhere is bowed. In looking at the picture the top is not overlapping holding the unit out of the back channel. I will lay odds that if you fully extend you will see the center brace with a bow in it around the connecting pin. Please take a picture of the awning extended. This probably has caused the channel to pinch and not seat over the back channel, I did a full write up on the repair on the GD technical form.

    Hope this helps.
