Two tire blowouts on Imagine 2670MK destroys wiring to scwintek kitchen slide

Ok, I should have replaced those Westlake tire bombs before last trip. Trailer is a 2021 so I thought I had some life in them. No sign of wear, and I kept them at 80 psi cold religiously. Now for the aftermath. This event has left me with no power to one of the scwintek motors (closest to the door) and I think 12 volt power to the front wheel as well as not brake lights in the rear. I called Grand Design for wiring diagram and did not get what I was expecting. Basically just the diagram of Box at the front of the trailer. I need to winterize soon, but can not extend the kitchen scwintek slide out. Can anybody shed some light on the wiring situation? This is what I see underneath (see photos)Click image for larger version.

So sorry this happened to you @Justapullin. Yes, GD doesn't have very good wiring diagrams. I don't have an Imagine so I probably can help much, do you have a replacement wiring harness? That might be a good place to start. I got one on Amazon.

Sorry for you troubles. All wires are color coded so just match up the colors. Slide wire has probably been cut as I can see in photo #2 coming out of the silver colored plate. Just match up the colors and crimp with heat shrink tubing. Should be plenty of slack. Brake wires are easy - not color coded - again slack in the underbelly.

BTW any good trailer shop (not RV dealer) should be able to do the repair for you.

Hate this happened to you and not sure this will be of much help. Posting just in case.

I'd try to identify brake and brake light wires with a multimeter... Pull brake safety and touch wires until you find 12V. Hookup trailer and have someone press brakes and touch wires until hot. Then you'd have cut down on some of the guesswork.

Posting brake wire pictures from 2400BH in case of assistance. Unfortunately, I do not have wheel well picture. Attachment 43796Click image for larger version.
