    Dometic RM1350

Our fridge has been giving us grief and I noticed this.

I believe it is part of the cooling unit. The picture is of the rusted rough area. The trailer is a 2019 and has never been pulled. The fridge is not cooling it’s actually getting hotter. I feel like that rusted area should not be there. I am wondering if those cooling units can split?

I also have the RM1350... you state its not cooling..
    1. is this problem on 120 Volt AC or in propane mode?

    2. Is the flu stack hot to the touch? If not then

    3. If on 120 volt AC have you checked the 120 volt glass fuse on the outside on the fridge control module?

    4. If fuse is good and stack is not hot to the touch then disconnect the two leads to the heating element and ohm out using a multi meter

    5. Should measure around 34 ohms of resistance
