Who's using them, and are there any benefits to their use ?

Snap pads were the first thing we added to our coach. We love them.
Snap Pads give us the option of placing boards beneath them or not.
We boondock a lot and if we stop overnight in a rest area or Cracker Barrel parking lot we don't need to worry about protecting the parking lot surface when we put our stabilizers down for the night (we don't unhitch, but we do level out and stabilize).David and Peggy

We don't boondock (yet) so I can't speak to that experience with Snap Pads. But even at campground sites with good level surfaces, I like to have something under the the "feet" of my levelers. Once these things "snap" on they're on and always ready to go. After two years of use they seem to be holding up very well.

I ordered 6, and was hoping for good things to be said about them.

Where we spend most of our time (relatively remote)you need to work pretty hard to get it level and cut wood blocks would still be a necessity.
Looks handy for prepared, level sites though.2018 Dodge 3500 6.7 Cummins SRW w/Aisin

First thing added. Use to carry around other pads but now use that space for other things. Highly recommended!

It's one of the first things we added. It's nice not having to add blocks under the jacks.

They were one of the first things we added. They definitely help spread the weight around. There is one down side as they will decrease the distance between your leveler and the pavement/ground as you travel. I mitigated this issue when I upgraded from Westlake ST235/80R16 to Sailun ST235/85R16. This maintained or increased the clearance.

I’ve looked at them, but have passed on them so far. We have electric jacks, and the manual states not to extend the legs on the landing gear more than six holes. With that in mind, there is still a substantial gap between the bottom of the landing legs and the ground. With the Snap Pads on, there would still be a substantial gap, and we would still end up using blocks of some sort.
I carry a set of built-up 12x12 blocking, which is 3-2x12s stacked alternately and screwed together from both sides. I keep them right inside the tailgate of the truck, so they are handy to pull out and put under the front legs. The rear legs generally need more than the thickness of Snap Pads, so I’d still end up using blocks there as well.
I’m just not certain that there would be enough benefit to justify the expense.Tom and Janice (known as Tom in PGH on the “other” forum)
