I have the same issue with tank meters reading the wrong levels. One of my grey tanks ALWAYS reads full, even right after being drained.
Also, is the underbelly of the camper supposed to be smooth and relatively uniform in appearance? Mine is very unlevel and has bulges in it in certain areas.

Why does everyone assume everything works perfectly? Considering what goes into these tanks , it's surprising they reasonably work.

Thanks. I'll try that. There are some other issues that need to be addressed. When they did the checkout and connected the trailer they pinched the power cord and broke a wire. Generally, not happy with them.

These are made by people. People screw up. Company provides warranty for issues. Real world.

I bought a $95000 Porsche several years ago. Engine issue had it in the dealer for about 10 days. Fixed under warranty.
Bought new sticks and bricks 4 years ago, paid over $200k. Electrical and paint issues. Contractor had trades show to repair.
Our Imagine had some issues, contacted dealer, took in and all is good.

World didn't end, repairs were made, and the world keeps turning.

Not excusing this from not being right, it should be. Just amazing that I went from always looking at the sensor reading lights, to never looking at them.

I wouldn't be complaining if I could get a shop date a few weeks into the future. My dealer is giving dates in mid- June now. Not happy. I've owned a Jayco fifth wheel for years and have had problems but their after sales support was great. This dealer, not so much.

Your FW tank should always read correct, so the possibility of a severed wire is most likely the culprit there. I've never had a problem with sensors, but then I have always installed Toronado whirly-gigs on both black and gray. Sometime this summer I plan to drop the bottom lid, add the whirlies and tank heater pads, and see if I can modify the dump system to my liking.

The only sensor on our Solitude that I can believe is the fresh water sensor. The others started getting stupid a couple of years after we bought the unit.
