Key wont turn in toyhauler Ramp door locks

Hello! Just took delivery of our 2021 Momentum 353g. The maiden voyage was wonderful and everything worked like a charm except we cant lock the back ramp door. Our key will not turn in either lock at all. We were only given 2 keys which are both exactly alike. Are we supposed to have a separate key for the ramp locks or do you think the locks are just stuck?

Our 399 had different keys for the rear compared to all the other locks.

You should have more keys.

Thought so. Mayhap, I'll check in the giant bag of manuals first before I call the dealer.

No, you should only have the 2 keys. The Momentum line switched to Keyed-alike locks over a year ago.

Try some lubricant. The tumblers are notorious for being dry.

I agree Steve...we have a 2018 Momentum 394M and we received two identical keys. Those keys operate both the front and rear doors, the latches on the ramp gate, and every single compartment door throughout the entire RV.

Also, that lock has been sitting on a dealer lot. Make sure you shoot some graphite or silicon oil in all your cam locks. You will be amazed the difference it can make. I have bent keys trying to get ungreased locks open.
