Has anyone here had any recent (in the last 30 days or so) successful contact with Lionshead Tire & Wheel from a warranty perspective?

I've a cracked rim, and followed their directions for their warranty form, and submitted it last Thursday. I also called later on Thursday, Friday, and again today just to confirm receipt of the documents I sent. I left voicemails on Thursday and Friday, and today's call resulted in a full voicemail box. Calls to other departments also resulted in being dumped into voicemail. I can't seem to get a live person. Is this typical for them?

I've got a call into GD to see if they can offer an alternative number, or any advice. Wound up having to leave a voicemail there, too.
