323 BHS bunkhouse dvd player mount

I have the television mounted in the bunkhouse. Any ideas on how to mount a dvd/Blu-ray player to clear the slide? Short of buying a tv with a player built in, I can only figure that when we are set up, connect the player, then disconnect it when it is time to move.

    Thanks,
    Doug

You'll have to hook it up when you setup your trailer--and put it away before bringing in the slide as you leave.

Its all in the player you buy. There are many on the market that can be mounted vertically and take up very little room. If you have a TV that fills up the entire space alotted then you can do like I did and put the player in the cabinet underneath and just drill a hole to fish the power and HDMI cable through. I bought Toshiba that stands on end and works fine. Only drawback is if you are one to continuously pause FF etc you have to leave the cabinet door open for the remote to work.

I struggled with this as well.

Ours actually sits in the netting above when we use it you can insert a disc and play it when it is vertical (on its side)! I got the actual DVD player at best buy for $20 a few years ago, we place it in the cabinets below when we travel however one time I forgot to put it away and it stayed in the netting just fine during travel.
