    Mattress???

The foam mattress in our '18 Momentum is already breaking down on the sides. Looking to replace it. How many have and what have you gone to? Keeping in mind flexible enough to raise the bed to the storage underneath.

There are endless threads about the horrible mattresses. Many have replaced theirs including us.

3" thick memory foam topper ... I never thought I would ever like memory foam, but gosh is it comfy.

Times two on that. Picked one up at Costco for around $100 and it made a huge difference.

I added a sleep number bed before I ever slept on the mattress that came with my camper. Now I sleep just as good in my camper, if not better, than I sleep at home.

We did the 3” memory foam topper and after sleeping on that about six times we decided to upgrade the mattress as we could still feel the seam in the base of the bed thru the mattress. We have the Lucid 8” memory foam mattress from amazon now. It’s around $200 but makes a world of difference.

We do have a 3" topper but doesn't make up for the factory mattress failing.

After having slept on our new Nectar memory foam mattress for a couple of weeks now, I can give it two thumbs up. It’s actually pretty comfy with good support. I actually wake up with no aches. Best of all, it comes with a 365 day return policy.

Ditto. More comfortable but not nearly good enough for us. We bought a Casper foam mattress, so easy to get it to and into the trailer, so comfortable.

As @WhittleBurner suggested above, if you go to the link below and search on the word "mattress" you'll see that your question has already been asked and answered SO many times here. Grand Design does not choose the mattresses it installs based on any criteria involving customer comfort or satisfaction.

Please search "mattress" at the link below and let this thread die. Thanks.

Haven't had our 303RLS long enough for the mattress to start breaking down, but we added a 2" thick latex topper. We prefer latex to gel foam. So far, so good...
