Camp grounds or good RV park near Statesboro Georgia.

Making a trip to see my daughter and using the trailer to carry her stuff. Any suggestion around that area. I think there is one at the junction of I16 and 73.

After the Allman brothers left I guess Statesboro is just a good reason for the blues.
Sorry, nothing to offer. Savannah and Augusta are probably too far away to be convenient.

Depending on how close you want to be there are two Georgia State Parks within 30 minutes of Statesboro. Magnolia Springs State Park or George L. Smith State Park. I have not stayed at either of these but have stayed in many, many other Georgia State Parks and they are always a good bet.

There is also a Good Sam - Parkwood RV Park and Cottages right outside Statesboro that has some good reviews.

When travelling I16 we have stayed at the Beaver Run RV Park several times, located at Metter, GA.
Large, long pull thru's so we do not disconnect for overnight stays.
Mgt. is very friendly, clean facilities. Last stay was $35.00 per night.
Caution, there is absolutely nothing for miles around the park.
