Power Cord stuck in RV receptacle
Hello,
It appears my Power Cord is stuck in the RV receptacle.
...Perhaps it got cross-threaded somehow?
Any good ideas of how to solve this problem without causing damage?
Thanks!

Do you mean the threaded plastic part won’t unscrew? Or the plug itself won’t twist off?
If it is the threaded outer plastic part just twist on it hard. If it is cross threaded it won’t hurt it any
Should have noticed it turning hard when you hooked it up if it was cross threaded

OK, you're right its NOT cross-threaded, because that outer plastic part is fine.
But I did discover the twist-technique that did the trick!
Sorry my eyes are not good and I'm new at this.
...That said, I have managed to cross-thread the ring before in the past and it was a bear to get loose.
But now I'm much more slow and careful when working with it.
Thanks again!Last edited by Grand Master IceMan; 04-18-2021 at 12:05 PM.

...But wait, I just discovered the art of twisting it counter-clockwise.
Probably stupid, but I'm new to this and my eyes are not good if it says that somewhere.
That said, I have managed to cross-thread the ring before in the past; but learned to take it slow and easy to prevent that.
...Sorry for the bother, but thanks anyway!
Re-pack bearings necessary?
