One Control App issue
We are having an issue with the OneControl app on our iPhones. Rig is a 2017 Momentum 395M. Was working just fine on our last trip a few weeks ago. I am able to connect to the RV WiFi network with no problems. Upon opening the app, all devices show to be offline. Everything is working from the control panel hardwired into the RV. I rebooted the system in the RV with no change on the app. It is happening on both mine and my wife's phones. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and went through the setup again. I am able to connect to the WiFi during setup, but now I have just a blank screen where the devices would be. Any ideas?

Is your phone's location turned on? I've noticed connectivity issues if the location was disabled.

Yes it is. Checked both phones and they have location services on while using app. All settings in the app are on.

Use your phone to search for wifi networks. Do you see the name of your RVs wifi being broadcast?

Also, did you change the name of the network?

That is weird. Can you control the devices from the web portal?

I can only control and see the devices from the control panel installed in the camper (hard wired). I’m not sure what you mean by web portal. I have only used the OneControl app or the panel in the camper.

There's a way to do it from the computer, too.

Should be able to log in and try it there. If that doesn't work, then you know it's likely something to do with the local "MyRv_xxxxxxxx" connection.

Well, I got it working again and am not sure what actually fixed it. I unplugged from shore power, then disconnected the battery to kill all power in the rig. I then unplugged and plugged all connections into the WiFi gateway and the main controller in the basement area. After doing all that and re-energizing, it was working again on the app. I had rebooted the system from the control panel in the rig, but never killed power completely. My guess it that is what actually fixed things as I saw no corrosion or other connection type issues on any of the plugs.
