    Replace my China Bombs

    I have a 2020 Reflection 303RLS that came with Westlake 235/80 R16 E rated Tires.
I am thinking Sailun 637 G rated or Goodyear Endurance E rated.
    1 Which ones?
    2 Who to buy from?

Did you have one go off like a “bomb”?
Why are you calling them that?
You made a post 7 months back you were changing them

Actually I have had many trailers in my lifetime and I never had a tire failure. I did have 2 bearings go on my last trailer an 2018 Imagine 2250RK.
It's just all this talk about Westlake E rated tires that has me nervous. So for peace of mind I am going to replace my 235/80 R16 Westlakes

It’s responses like this that make me grateful for the ignore/block feature.

    Life is just too short.

From all post I have read either tire would be fine. I guess it gets down to price and availability of tires. Think Goodyear may have rebate going on now. Good decision in replacing China Bombs; you can't do it quick enough in my opinion.

I would think a "G" rated tire would ride pretty rough on a 303 RLS which is only rated at 12,000 lbs. I replaced my Westlakes after 15 k milesvwith Goodyear Endurance tires. Check out Discount Tire for pricing.

I won't advise on which brand, but 2 months ago when I changed to GY Endurance I shopped the internet and found "the tire rack" had the best prices.
I went to a local tire shop that was only a 3 minute drive from my house and asked if he could match the price and he finally did.
2 days later I dropped the trailer off and picked it up a couple of hours later.
    Balanced, steel valve stems, easy.

I had the Sailun 637's on our Fuzion toyhauler for 3-1/2 yrs with zero problems. 235x85x16 G rated and 110psi. They also make a 235x80x16. Note that these take wheels with a higher pressure rating.

I would personally go with the Goodyear Load range E for the reasons stated above.

FYI, I have our original Westlake's on our 2018 303 (purchased in 2017). We always check tire pressure before we tow and they have served us well. When we upgrade which will likely be later this year or early next, we will go with the Goodyear. The 303 does not overload an E rated tire.

We've been running Sailuns for about 4 years on our 303 with no issues. Aired up to 95 lbs. I always leave the paper towel holder on the hutch/ counter and it is always right where we left it...that kind of negates the rides to rough thoughts.
